1. Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an email or SMS text with a status link to the order status page (The type of notification that you receive depends on the contact information you entered at checkout). And you can click the link to visit the order status page to check the progress of your order as it's fulfilled.

2. Q: Return and Refund policy?
A: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
3. Q: Warranty policy?
Equipment and accessories sold by Physiocare are patient-ready and free from defects in both materials and workmanship. The validity of the equipment is 5 years and reusable garments is (1) year unless otherwise specified.
The main unit and internal batteries are covered by a 15 months limited warranty unless otherwise specified. Any stated warranties are in effect from the date of sale.
Physiocare reserves the right to repair, replace or refund (less cost of shipping) any item(s) requiring warranty service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and is required to contact Physiocare before shipping the item(s) back.
